At 18.6' X 15.3', the Family Room is huge and centers on a functioning fireplace on one side and 56" flat screen T.V. on the other. The overstuffed sofas are as comfy as a cloud and about as white too. With seating for eight and a balcony overlook, you'll spend many hours with friends and family in this combo interior exterior room as it is directly connected to the back deck via large sliding doors.
The Dining Room is the centerpiece of the house and the center of the dining room is the 72" massive dining table of rustic charm and comfort surrounded by eight chairs and topped with a crystal vase-style chandelier. Dinner never really ends … it just lingers on into dessert, wine and conversation... or Jenga, Monopoly, Scrabble or cards, all of which are provided. While the kitchen is separated by a 1/2 wall, the family chef never misses out on good conversation as the kitchen overlooks the dining area.
The kitchen is recently equipped with all stainless steal appliances. There is ample granite counter tops and chopping blocks to bring out the best in your resident gourmet chef. Sharp knives and all necessary cooking utensils are available as well as indoor/outdoor chinaware, place-mats, and tablecloths.
The Treetops suite is a master bedroom indeed. It runs the full 25' length of the upstairs back side of the house and is 15.5 feet deep. The centerpiece of the room is the massive king size bed and attached flat screen TV that magically rises and lowers into the steamer trunk console. The up-lightened Chinese screen provides a dramatic headboard while allowing for a semi-private dressing area behind. The view is of the tall oak trees with glimmers of the harbor waters just beyond. The balcony overlooks both the pool and back dining deck. There is a full length mirrored armoire for ample clothes storage and a bureau with six deep drawers. Additionally, there is a dry bar which includes a mini frig, coffee maker, microwave and wine rack. The masters of the house don't need to leave this grand room until lunch! And the huge bathroom is heavenly, featuring an elevated jets soaking tub and two person shower stall. And if, perchance, there is a chilly night ... cuddle up ... there's a gas fired fireplace.
The Acorn Room is on the first floor and immediately off the main entrance affording maximum privacy for guests who may come and go on their own schedule. No stairs are in the way getting around the rest of the house so this room is popular with guests who don't like stairs. The room is fully equipped with a tall queen sized bed, a day bed that can function as sitting area or a child's sleeping accommodation. At 13' X 15', there's plenty of room for all. There is an en-suite private 8' X 7' bathroom including soaking tub and spacious linen closet. There is a single stall clothes closet and dry bar. The dry bar includes a mini frig, coffee maker and microwave. Of course there is a flat screen TV and luggage rack. Your view is of the woodsy front yard and street.
The Serenity Room is on the second floor at the far end of the hallway and as such, is the most secluded bedroom in the house for the ultimate in privacy. The room has a tall queen sized bed, an antique chaise lounge, which just might be big enough for your toddler for sleeping. But it sure is comfy for relaxing. At 16' X 14', the room is spacious and ample daylight streams in from the large floor length windows. The en-suite private bathroom is 7'.5" X 6' includes a shower stall and towels closet. There is a large TV stand which has a convenient clothes bar and shoe shelves. View is of the oak trees out front.
