Living & Sleeping Rooms

Measuring 18' X 15', the Family Room is huge and features a fireplace topped by a 56" flat screen smart T.V.  The overstuffed sofas are as comfy as a cloud and about as white too.  With seating for eight and mezzanine overlooks, you'll spend many hours with friends and family in this inside/outside exterior room as it is directly connected to the back deck via large sliding doors.

The Dining Room is the centerpiece of the house and the center of the dining room is the six foot rustic dining table.  Supper never really ends, it just lingers on into dessert, wine, and conversation... or Jenga, Monopoly, or Scrabble. The household chef never misses out on these good times as the kitchen overlooks the dining area. 

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. There are ample granite counter-tops and chopping blocks to bring out the best in your culinary skills. Sharp knives and all necessary cooking utensils are available as well as indoor/outdoor chinaware, place-mats, and tablecloths.

The Treetops  Room runs the full 25' length of the upstairs of the house and is 15.5 feet deep.  The center of the room is the king size bed and flat screen TV that magically rises and lowers into the steamer trunk console.  The up-lightened screen provides a dramatic headboard allowing for a semi-private dressing area.    The view is of the tall oak trees with glimmers of the harbor waters just beyond. The balcony overlooks both the pool and back dining deck.  There is a full-length mirrored armoire and a bureau with deep drawers.   Additionally, there is a dry bar which includes a mini frig, coffee maker, microwave, and wine rack.   The huge bathroom is heavenly, featuring an elevated jets soaking tub and two person shower stall.  And if, perchance, there is a chilly night ... cuddle up ... there's a gas fired fireplace.

The Acorn Room is on the first floor and immediately off the main entrance so you can come and go without disturbing the rest of the house. No stairs are in the way of getting around the rest of the house so this room is popular with guests who don't like stairs.   The room is equipped with a queen-sized bed, a day bed that can function as sitting area or a child's sleeping accommodation.  At 13' X 15', there's room for all. There is an en-suite 8' X 7' bathroom, including soaking tub and spacious linen closet.  There is a clothes closet and dry bar. The dry bar includes a mini frig, coffee maker and microwave.  There is a 56” flat screen TV and luggage rack.  Your view is of the woodsy oak trees in the front yard.

The Serenity Room is on the second floor at the quiet end of the hallway and is the most secluded bedroom in the house for the ultimate in privacy.  The room has a queen sized bed, an antique chaise lounge, which just might be big enough for a toddler for sleeping, but it sure is comfy for relaxing.  At 16' X 14', the room is spacious and ample daylight streams in from the large floor length windows. The en-suite bathroom is 7'.5" X 6' includes a shower stall and towels closet. There is a large TV stand which has a convenient clothes bar and shoe shelves. View is of the oak trees out front
